MESSY SHELTERS

Messy Shelters is the work of songwriter-producer-instrumentalist Mikkel Bolding, who lives and records in Aarhus, Denmark. Coming from out of nowhere with no musical track record behind him, Bolding is making his debut this fall with the release of the EP "Abandonship".

An adept arranger and orchestrator, Bolding records his own songs and plays almost everything on them with occasional help from a variety of friends and guest musicians. Bolding's ability to weave every little musical detail into a giant harmonious patchwork comes out as the mark of Messy Shelters. Five-track EP "Abandonship" is thus a whirl of strong melodies, subtle vocal harmonies and delicate arrangements.

"Abandonship" is released as a forerunner of an actual debut album, due to release in 2009.
